COVID-19 Update: Extension of Suspension

An update from Australia Mission Centre President , Ben Smith:

“As we continue to flatten the curve in Australia, we are being filled with a sense of togetherness. I believe social distancing measures are bringing us closer to the idea that God is in each of us, and we are strengthened in our discipleship by choosing to care for the vulnerable. It is incredible to witness! The phrase ‘I am, because you are’ is living itself out fully right now.”

Kid's Book Club launches 15 April - weekly fun and activities online!

Starting Wednesday 15 April at 4pm (Australian Eastern Time) there will be a weekly online kid’s book club.

A chance for us to share in a story, chat and craft together. Younger kids may need some help.

First Presidency Statement Sacraments, COVID‐19, and Social Distancing

19 March 2020 During the COVID‐19 pandemic priesthood members will be asked to provide various sacraments. In all instances, priesthood members should respect public health guidelines that state people should practice “social distancing” and avoid, as much as possible, personal contact through which the infection spreads. In these unusual circumstances, the Presidency offers guidance related to the sacraments.
