Leadership Development

LEAD Program

The Lead Program is designed to equip current and future leaders with knonwelge and practical skills. Designed as a 3 year program with a mix of in person and online weekend retreats. As a small group cohort you will cover personal development, spiritual formation, ministerial skills and theological knowledge.

Coaching and Mentoring

Supporting people on their discipleship journey is the mission of this program. The program matches experienced mentors with mentees to enable them to meet their goals.

Leaders In Training

This program builds the foundation for young people to understand and develop introductory leadership skills. Linked with the Community Plus program for Young Adults this extends their development into emerging adulthood.
